Keystone Surveying Services worked in a Quantity Surveying role under the landscaping contractor for a tier 1 contractor in London’s Canary Wharf.
The scheme consisted of a spectacular private bar and terrace area on the 56th floor of a new residential building in London’s Canary Wharf, designed by architects HTA.
We carried out an office and site based role to assist with valuations, variation generation/tracking and final account negotiations.

Keystone Surveying Services acted as Project QS on this exciting private £7,800,000 private home.
The build includes a three vehicle car lift, indoor swimming pool and approximately six acres of land.
We acted on behalf of the client to monitor the project commercially including procurement, tender analysis, commercial on-site management, variation assessment and final account negotiations with each individual subcontractor.
St George’s Hospital, Tooting
We generated a tender estimate on behalf of a groundworks contractor in tendering for the £300,000 landscaping works at St George’s Hospital, which included extensive hard and soft landscaping elements.
Aston’s Hall, Clapham
Keystone Surveying Services generated a tender on behalf of a groundworks contractor for works which included basement, drainage and full frameworks.
The project was successfully bid on for a value of more than £700,000 and works were completed in October 2024.
